About the Program: We’ll start by coming together (over coffee and cake of course) to talk through the challenges and opportunities for women in work today. Together we’ll share ideas and our own career journeys, followed by some developmental goal setting. You will then complete a set of psychometric assessments, tailored to your own goals. You’ll receive comprehensive development feedback and a report, and two one-on-one *coaching sessions (spaced about one month apart). We’ll also come back together to join in the celebrations for International Women’s Day!

In most developed countries the ratio of female board members has lagged, with less than 14 percent of these positions in largest companies filled by women. Our hope is that you can be as effective as you can be to take the next step or to achieve your full potential.
