About the Program

This individualised coaching program takes you through aspects of personal visioning and discovery into your impact as a leader. It offers deep insight into personal behaviours that support or hinder your effectiveness at work and in life generally. With guidance and support you will be challenged to identify personal and professional goals and guided towards establishing practical strategies linked to achieving these.

Our Leading Women program provides a mix of group networking and inspiration from others together with in-depth individual development work. Leading Women provides a complete development program but is also modular, so you can best tailor the program to suit your individual development, budget and time requirements.

Module 1 – Visioning Workshop: Your Career, Your Goals

In this, the most popular module of our program, you are provided with a mix of individual support, group career workshop and networking lunch with other professional women.

Module 2 – Development Report: Insight Through Assessment

Gain deep personal insight into how you bring about positive change to achieve your career and leadership effectiveness goals. Undertake a set of psychometric assessments, selected as appropriate to your unique requirements. Includes personalised developmental feedback report and 1.5 hour one-on-one feedback session.

Module 3 – Individualised Coaching: Make the Change

Move from surviving to thriving. Three one-on-one coaching sessions will challenge you to discuss, identify and enact meaningful, and often challenging, career development strategies designed to stretch you and aid in enhancing your effectiveness. Additional sessions can be added.
